Sorry it's taken so long-- my computer has been out of commission for about 6 months now, and I've been working off of a crappy laptop I stole from work.
I did another document, where I combined all the double-names (i.e., Lily-Mae, Scarlett-Rose) with the original first name, based on the fact that multiple people have told me that people with these names are usually just called by the first part (i.e., Emily-Anne would just be called Emily). However, the rankings barely changed.
